The second day of the conference started with a video report of the first day of the conference. This video is available at: http://www.tuningintodiversity.eu/article/2010/02/25/first_impressions/. Following, the participants were divided into 8 different workshops, workshops voor international NGO's, workshops for PSB's/mainstream media, for researchers and for Hungarian NGO's.
After the workshops there was one final plenary session. Every workshop had a reporter who was asked to go to the Green Room and report on camera what was discussed in the workshop they attended. The video reports are available at youtube and you can see them on the end of this page. The video's were also shown on the last plenary session and during that session workshop-participants were asked to tell a little bit about what happened in the workshop.
The official part of the conference was over and the participants were kindly invited to go to another building where the organisation prepared an extremely tasty buffet dinner. But the best was yet to come. Thirty young talents from Hungary, France, Germany, the Netherland, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, United States, Cameroon and the United Kingdom, all anrolled in the Roots & Routes Peer Coach Academy, came together in Budapest for international Academy sessions and to create a live show. In their show, diversity is introduced to the audience by using dance, music and media in a really colorful, energetic way. The show was the icing on the cake.
